By accessing or using betonvton.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products are handmade in Sweden.

Due to the nature of handmade production:

- slight variations in size, shape, color, and texture may occur
- dimensional deviations up to ±10 mm are possible
- such variations are not considered defects

If you are unsure about sizing or specifications, please contact us before placing an order.

Most podiums and stands with a height of 6 cm or more are hollow inside. This is a design feature and not considered a defect.

MATERIALS & FEATURES

Products are made from mineral-reinforced gypsum (smooth version) or concrete (textured version).

- small pores, cavities, and surface variations may occur
- products are treated with water- and dust-repellent coating but are not waterproof
- colors may vary depending on screen settings
- accessories shown in photos are not included

USE & CARE

Products are intended for decorative use only.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, including:

- exposure to liquids, oils, or chemicals
- dropping or improper handling
- use outside intended purpose

Customers must follow provided care instructions.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may begin, and cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom-made items.

PRICING, VAT & TAXES

For customers within the European Union (B2C):
All prices include VAT where applicable.

For business customers within the EU (B2B):
If a valid VAT number is provided and successfully validated at checkout, VAT may be exempted in accordance with EU reverse charge rules.

If no valid VAT number is provided at the time of purchase, VAT will be charged and cannot be refunded later.

For customers outside the European Union:
Prices are shown without VAT.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not collect or pay import duties or local taxes outside the EU.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax and billing information at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will assist in resolving the issue.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers have the right to inspect products as they would in a physical store.

Returns may be refused if items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

Custom-made items are non-returnable.

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is unclaimed or refused:

- return shipping, handling costs, and any import charges may be deducted from the refund
- original shipping costs are non-refundable

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of profit or business
- misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- natural disasters
- war or military actions
- government restrictions
- supply chain disruptions

In such cases, order fulfillment time may be extended.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.
