Betonvton is a display manufacturer based in Sweden. We develop custom jewelry displays, retail presentation systems and product photography props for brands, boutiques, visual merchandisers, creative teams, exhibitions and trade shows.

From one prototype to larger production runs

Projects can range from an individual piece or prototype to coordinated sets and production runs of 100, 200 or 500 units. Feasibility and lead time are confirmed for the specific product. The schedule depends on dimensions, geometry, material, finish, color, customization, curing or drying, quantity and quality-control requirements. We do not promise a universal lead time based only on volume.

Materials

  • Concrete for smooth, semi-matte or textured mineral surfaces
  • Ultra-strong mineral-reinforced gypsum for smooth, refined matte displays
  • Acrylic composite on request, including projects that require stone-like or terrazzo effects
  • Lightweight foam-core construction with a microcement finish for selected large-format structures

The material, construction and protective treatment are recommended according to the size, intended environment and required finish.

Customization

  • Dimensions, proportions and new geometries
  • White as the standard color; other shades as a custom color matched to a RAL, Pantone, physical sample, photograph or brand palette
  • Logo engraving and other branded details where technically suitable
  • Ring slots, earring holes, necklace routing and other product-specific features
  • Smooth, textured, raw or refined matte surfaces
  • Felt or silicone pads on the base to help protect glass, wood and other retail surfaces
  • Protective treatments selected for the material and intended use

Custom-color and other bespoke products are made for the project and cannot be returned. Standard white products follow the published return policy.

Pricing and quantities

There is no universal MOQ for every product. Individual pieces can be ordered at the standard price. Volume pricing depends on the product, customization and quantity and is commonly calculated for 3, 5 or 10 identical units and for larger production runs.

How a B2B project works

  1. Send the dimensions, product type, quantity, color reference, branding requirements, delivery destination and required date.
  2. We review feasibility, recommend the material and finish, and prepare a written quotation with an individual production schedule.
  3. A sample or prototype can be included when appropriate.
  4. After approval and payment, production, quality control, protective packaging and dispatch follow the agreed project plan.

Project formats and production evidence

  • Jewelry display systems: coordinated risers, ring and earring holders, necklace routing, logo details and protective base pads.
  • Retail launches and exhibitions: modular sets for counters, windows, pop-ups and trade-show tables, produced to an agreed specification.
  • E-commerce and campaigns: repeatable forms and surfaces for product pages, catalogues, lookbooks and campaign content.

For larger procurement projects, the agreed specification, sample or prototype approval, production schedule, quality checks, packaging and tracked dispatch can be documented.

Quotations, invoices and VAT

Betonvton AB can issue written quotations and invoices (faktura) with company and VAT details. VAT treatment is applied according to the customer and transaction. Orders ship from Sweden; delivery service, transit estimate, customs duties and local charges depend on the destination and are confirmed for the order.
