What are your display stands made of? We make our stands from concrete, plaster, PLA, plastic, and foam with microcement finish. Each material has its own weight, texture, and character. You can find a full overview on our Materials page.

Are the pieces handmade? Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in Örebro, Sweden. Because of the nature of concrete and plaster, each item is slightly unique — small variations in texture and tone are part of the character, not a defect.

Can I order a custom size or color? Yes. We offer custom sizes, colors, and logo engraving. Use the Custom Order page or contact us directly at info@betonvton.com.

 

Orders & Shipping

How long does production take? 1–5 working days depending on the item and current demand.

Where do you ship? Worldwide from Sweden. Express delivery takes 2–5 days to Europe, UK, and USA. Other destinations typically 5–10 days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping on orders over €400.

Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes. We work with jewelry boutiques, cosmetic brands, retail chains, and trade fair suppliers. Contact us at info@betonvton.com with your business details for a wholesale quote.

Can you produce larger quantities? Yes. We handle bulk orders for retail rollouts, exhibitions, and brand campaigns. Lead times for large orders vary — contact us to discuss.

Do you offer VAT-exempt invoicing for EU businesses? Yes. Apply your VAT number at checkout or contact us directly.

 

Returns & Quality

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns? We accept returns within 14 days for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable
